Magical chalet between the ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun and the KitzbühelerAlpen

Our typical Austrian chalet, newly built in 2015, is located in a sunny, quiet location, just 700 meters from the center of Niedernsill.

The high-quality interior with large kitchen, open living-dining area, infrared heat cabin and lots of comfort lets you immerse yourself in the cozy, natural world of the Alps.

The holiday home offers a total of 3 bedrooms. Two of them with double bed and south-facing balcony and a small bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room, so the chalet can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Two bathrooms are on the first floor, the main bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and an infrared cabin. It has access to a large balcony that faces north and is ideal on hot summer days.
The cozy living-dining area on the ground floor has access to the spacious south-west facing terrace and the no garden with a wonderful mountain view. 2 private parking spaces are in front of the house and there is a storage room for ski equipment and ski boot dryer or in summer for bicycles. WiFi, 3 TVs (one in the living room and two in the bedrooms), cable TV and Blue Ray / Video Player are available free of charge.
