Holiday house "Am Tannenkopf"

Holiday house "Am Tannenkopf" The completely renovated semi-detached house can since 18. June 2018 as a holiday home in Thale from 2 nights to be rented. Here you live on 80sqm over 2 floors.  The house is located in a residential area in a small parallel street to the main street, so you can enjoy some peace and quiet by staying away from the traffic. Footpath to Bodetal, the popular destination in our small town, is about 10 minutes. The edge of the forest, which offers many hiking trails, is just a few meters from the house. Supermarkets are about 7 minutes walk from the house. A parking space is right outside the door. The landlord lives on the neighboring property, so you have a contact person if necessary. A barbecue area is available from June 2019 behind the house.

The family-friendly holiday home "Am Tannenkopf" has space for max. 6 people and 2 babies. On the ground floor are: • Kitchen: dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dining table with up to 4-6 chairs and a small fireplace (wood for a small extra fee, please inquire before) • Living room: sofa bed, reading corner, TV • Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, floor heating In the OG are: • bedroom: double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, TV, baby bed • nursery: bed ( 0.90 x 2.00m, extendable to 1.60 x 2.00m), wardrobe, TV • Bathroom: bath, toilet, sink, floor heating The house has a children's equipment: toilet seat, plastic dishes, cot, additional travel cot and Bedding mgl., 2 high chairs, potty, footstool in the bathroom, stair gate / door above and below The windows are mostly mosquito nets.  Tel.:0176-58889217 /

Freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter im Vorfeld. Check-in reibungslos! Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und rundum gemütlich. Nur das Sofa ist etwas durchgesessen. Thale ist auf jeden Fall ein toller Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen. Wir würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Und auch wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Trotz hitziger Tage, empfanden wir das Haus immer als angenehmen kühlen Rückzugsort. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Haus am Tannenkopf

Haus am Tannenkopf war super alles drin was man braucht. Vermieter super nett 🤗 Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Einzig die Matratzen im kleinen Zimmer sind leider durch, aber das hat der Sache keinen Abbruch getan. Geschäfte und Bäcker mit richtig guten leckeren Sachen waren zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein schönes sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch unsere Kinder (3 Jahre und 6 Jahre) haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt, sehr kinderfreundlich, sogar mit Spielzeug, Kinderbücher und vieles mehr. Wir wurden per Mail sehr detailliert über alles informiert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Ihrem Ferienhaus. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Ein schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus mit zentraler Lage.

In diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus verbrachten schöne besinnliche Weihnachtstage. Im Haus war es sauber und alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Vom Haus aus hatten man einen schönen Blick auf Thale und die Berge. Z.b. die Therme und Seilbahn war gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr schön, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem super ausgestattet und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Wäscheständer und Klammern. Vor allem für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die Wohnung sehr geeignet. Die Toiletten haben im Deckel einen integrierten Aufsitz für Kleinkinder sowie einen Hocker für das Waschbecken und auch ein Töpfchen ist vorhanden. Die Treppe ist zur Sicherheit von oben durch eine Tür geschützt und von unten durch eine Art Schiebegitter. Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch nicht weit von der Gondel zum Hexentanzplatz, etc. entfernt. Alles ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Harz und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab ausreichend Platz und für die Kinder Spielzeug und eigenes Geschirr. Familie Busse hat uns per E-Mail und Whats App mit allen Infos versorgt und wir konnten uns jederzeit melden. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Auch ohne Schnee zu empfehlen. Ein tolles Haus besonders geeignet für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Es ist alles vorhanden. Sehr sauber und beim ankommen ist alles fertig um sofort in die Erholung zu starten. Die Betten fertig bezogen und genug Handtücher.
