Clean and comfortable and private place! We would definitely stay again! A couple things to know - we needed to turn on our 4-wheel drive to reach the house, and it’s pretty secluded, so be sure you have essentials before you arrive (paper towels, dish detergent, shampoo, etc.).

A couple of things to note about this location. Wifi is not really good we had trouble even having enough access to get the tv to log on.8 people accommodation is better known that it really isn't for all adults. Futon, bunk bed mattresses a little thin and bunk is shaken better for kids. Ice maker does t work so bring plenty of ice. Host was really responsive and booked our float for us and had personal van to pick up and drop off at Sand Springs.
If you love a spotless clean place that is warm, inviting, and comfortable, this is your place! To top it off, the king bed was very comfortable. I'm not sure about the kids' beds, but they didn't complain. It was quiet and secluded, yet safe and secure. All the comforts of home away from home. Oh, and soft fluffy bath towels!! Communication was fast, efficient, and kind, too. Google maps was a bit off for me. It seemed to want me to turn a bit too early. Make sure to look for the sign. Other than that, the stay was wonderful!!! I hope to be back sometime soon.
Very cute property. It was clean and comfortable. The internet is not great, but it’s rural Missouri so that’s not surprising. The kitchen lacks A LOT of amenities. If you plan to cook, you will need to bring a lot with you. No paper towels provided and couldn’t find additional trash bags. If you have a longer stay you will need to buy a lot of the basics. Wonderful beds and linens. The waffle weave blankets were so soft and cozy that I’m trying to find one I can buy! If there has been a lot of rain the drive way could be rough, but we had no issues in our minivan. Plenty of space for a family of 5.
Property is secluded yet very close to river. Place was very clean. Could use updated pots for cooking, and not many spoons or forks, so plan to bring your own plastic ware. Good communication with host. Would recommend trying this place out if you’re looking to stay in the area.

The second bedroom beds are not the best. The refrigerator had issues closing, ice didn't work. The driveway/road to house is pretty rough. Access to hot tub and pool are over 3 miles away, not convenient at all. House was clean and surrounding was peaceful.
