Great time at awesome place!

We had a great time at the property. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and near stores and restaurants. The beach is just short drive away. The outdoor area is cozy with a large pool.

Overall, the house was great. The pool was very large and private, which was perfect for our family. We come to Boca every year for a family vacation, and we were very pleased with this home. Communication was excellent, and the AC was probably the best I’ve experienced at a rental, which was a huge plus.I would definitely say this is a great place for a family vacation. The only downside was that the house could use some TLC in some areas. It was clean, but if you’re someone who expects a rental to be in impeccable/new condition, this may not be the place for you. Some of the walls could use fresh paint, and there were several areas where the flooring was starting to come up.That said, the house was still very clean, the pool and privacy were excellent, and overall we had a great stay and would be happy to return. We would also recommend it to anyone going on a family vacation!

We were very pleased with this rental! The pool was awesome! We had enough towels, cooking supplies and appliances!! The owners were very easy to get ahold of! Highly recommend this house

Perfect for what we needed

This house was perfect for what we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay. It was a smooth and effortless process. We enjoy each moment, only that we would have liked to be able to have access to regulate the pool ourshelves each time we needed to go in we had to reach out to someone to control the setting.

Fantastic getaway!

We had a delightful stay at Casa Boca. The house was spacious and super clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could ever need, clean and organized. There were tons of towels and pool floats, and stuff for the beach. The pool and pool area was large, clean and comfortable. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and close to tons of restaurants and amenities, including the Evert Academy. The host was incredibly responsive and addressed all our questions in an expedited manner! We felt incredibly comfortable and grateful we found this place! We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Boca!

Comfort and convenience

The home was just as described in the listing. It was extremely comfortable and had all that was required to have a great stay without additional worries or complications. Everyone in the family was comfortable and happy- a hard feat to accomplish with our large family. The owner/managers were very communicative and responsive. The home was very close to anything you would need, retail, grocery, etc. The neighborhood was fairly quiet as well. Its a great place to stay for a vacation or just a quiet weekend away. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it anyone who is coming to this area to come as well.

If you're looking for a house with a large pool, this is it! It was heated saltwater, and super clean with a lovely shaded patio perfect for grilling! The house was very clean with a well appointed kitchen, plenty of linens, and comfortable bedrooms. Communication with the host couldn't have been better. This home is conveniently located near all shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful Property- Good Area- Awesome Host

This house is very clean and well decorated. I found everything I needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the clean grill. The pool area was perfect in that you have a covered outdoor living room if it rains or gets too sunny. We all thought the pool looked really beautiful lit up blue at night.The landscaping and canal makes it feel serene and private. Super easy Check-in Great Host, Lots of parking and nice neighborhood. A+ Loved it
