About this property

This is a neat Beach Bungalow on the west "Quiet" end of Panama City Beach! This is a fairly new listing! Perfect private getaway spot! In about 10 minutes you can be at Pier Park. You can be on 30A in about 15 minutes. Thomas donut and ice cream shop is not far away. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with stand up shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. There are twin bunk beds in the hall. There is a second full bath with a tub off the hall. There is also a pull out sleeper in the living room. It is open between the kitchen and living room. Stainless Steel Appliances. Tile floors throughout.

There is a lot of parking. The back yard is fenced and nicely landscaped. There is a concrete table in the backyard to enjoy the ocean air. There is a covered back porch with two twin rockers.

Great Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sugar Shack is a great place. It is exactly like it was described. Great beach location

Property was located very close to beach access and was located near to good restaurants. Only negative was the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. Also the Tv is sitting on plywood instead of a entertainment center, worried about it falling.
