My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the historic pre-war charm and location in the center of things – we are close to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing new air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!

This property is unique due to its combination of old and new. It was constructed before the second world war, yet you’ll find an updated kitchen with modern appliances, air conditioning, and Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. The fully fenced backyard boasts Adirondack chairs, fire pit, charcoal bbq, and a picnic table.
