Our cottage home is fully stocked and bodes a relaxing atmosphere; including fire pit, BBQ and back deck/yard to kick your feet up.

As the sun sets, take a walk along the Kure Beach Pier or immerse yourself in the vibrant nightlife at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk or the charming Historical Downtown Wilmington.

Whether you want to bask in the sun, enjoy the local attractions, or simply relax in a peaceful setting, this house is the perfect place for you.

*Nightly price based on 6 guest occupancy. Additional guest fee of $25/night for up to 8 guests.

Primary Guest must be 27 years of age or old. ID Verification required.

Pets are allowed upon approval. $100 per stay fee per pet & cleaning upgrade of $100. Adjusted check out time of 9am to allow for additional cleaning time. Must provide breed and size of dog. Dogs must abide by NC State vaccination requirements. Proof required. Primary guest responsible for any damages and additional cleaning fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put thermostat at 68 (Heat - Winter) or 72 (A/C - Summer)
Place all used linens and towels in laundry room.
Notify manager of any issues or damages during your stay via text at (910)409-8807.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$25/day for each additional persons past 6 people (up to 8ppl max - air mattress provided) - Vrbo PDP will be added to each stay with pets or 4+ ppl.
Primary guest MUST be 27 years of age or older. Primary must be present for entire rental period.
Shoes are permitted, however, please be mindful of the carpets and removed dirty shoes. Please be respectful of noise levels for our neighbors.

Great long weekend!

My family of 6 had a wonderful 4 days at Kure beach! The house is adorable and provided everything we needed over the course of our stay. The pier was basically right out the front door and it was just a quick ride to Carolina beach and fort Fisher. We'll definitely stay again!

The house is adorable and definitely well stocked. Location is perfect to walk to beach and restaurants. The only thing I would highly recommend is new mattresses. They were the hardest beds I’ve ever tried to sleep on.

Nice getaway

What a cute home and well stocked! Loved that there was water in the fridge, condiments, extra paper towels and beach gear! Our dog loved the backyard and we walked to the beach and to restaurants with ease. The beds were very firm and squeaky but everything else was wonderful.

Beautiful beach house

This was a cute little house with a lot of room to spread out. I liked all the TV’s for the rainy days. Everything was clean and well cared for. It is super convenient to the beach, ice cream and burgers. We will definitely be back.

Location is great and extremely close to the beach and the downtown strip of Kure Beach. Kure is very laid back with enough to do but very limited traffic. We also walked to two different play sets that were very close to the property. The kids loved those and the beach and there is plenty to keep busy on nice days. The property was very clean and spacious with a nice back deck and fenced in yard. There are a ton of beach toys and accessories as well to keep kids entertained. Great experience!

Family Reunion

From the moment we walked into the house we felt welcomed and at ease. The kitchen had lots of spices, coffee, filters and tea, large drinking water bottle, and all we needed to cook for ourselves and also host a wonderful fish barbecue wit family members staying down he road. There were lots of board games, video games and lots of fun for everyone. We had 3 generations of our family and 2 dogs and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Great Location, Comfortable Space

We just completed a 6-night stay and had a great experience. We spent a lot of time on the Kure Beach fishing pier, at the beach, and at the restaurants just off the pier, so you really couldn't beat the location. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us who stayed there (we ended up having an extra bedroom), plus our family members staying nearby who came by for some lunches and dinners. We also took full advantage of the wagon, beach towels, and beach toys (our toddler loved them!). If we go back with only 4 people next year, we may opt for somewhere a little smaller, but otherwise, we would have no hesitation booking this house again.

Great Value with Thoughtful Touches

Stayed with my husband, two children (12 and 7) and my parents. We loved our stay here! It’s a nice home only about two blocks from the beach. So many local eateries within walking distance. The host has supplied so many thoughtful touches to make the stay even better. Extras include, visitor guides, books, games, beach towels, chairs, toys, and more! Would definitely stay here again!
