Our home in Three Rivers is located in the perfect location right on the Kaweah River. The property has the best swimming hole in all of Three Rivers and it will be yours for your family to enjoy together. Enjoy the sandy beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas while your kids play swim, kayak or fish in the river. The space has TWO fully stocked kitchens with everything you would need to cook for the whole family. Enjoy the deck, the patio, the wading pool, jacuzzi and our huge garden acreage.

Noise travels across the river quite easily. Be respectful of our neighbors and honor the quiet time of 10pm-9am. Rinse off before coming inside.
No shoes in the house. Much of our flooring is brand new. Please help us keep it in great condition. No fires or fireworks anywhere on the property.
Do not leave any trash outside unattended. Put all trash outside in the bins inside the shipping container, and close the doors, or bears will come.

Great family vacation

We had a great vacation with family at this property. It was the perfect size for all 13 of us and was a wonderful location! Owner was good at communicating as well. We would recommend the property for sure!

Please read before bookingWhen we arrived, there was a strong bad smell as soon as we opened the door. The house was very dirty and poorly maintained. There was dust and spider webs everywhere, grease on the cabinets and appliances, and the fridge was dirty. I even found a ball of hair and dust under the bed while looking for my shoe.The bathroom water pressure was very low and there was no hot water. When we told the host, he said as long as there was water, it was fine. He offered to send cleaners the next day, but we didn’t feel comfortable having people come in during our stay.After we complained, he accused us of being noisy and said neighbors complained, which was not true. We were not outside late, and we also heard other people yelling, but he still blamed us.The patio, deck, and jacuzzi were also dirty, so we couldn’t really use them.Overall, very disappointed. The photos are misleading and do not show the true condition of the home.

Property was very dirty, all the windows were covered with spider webs, outside there was a plumming issue with coming out all the dirt creating bad smell and not able to walk outside because of the smell.

Location, Views and Private Beach Did Not Dissapoint!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Three Rivers! The private beach made for a nice place to lounge with plenty of shade and easy access to the water for a dip in the river during the hot month of August. The wide open kitchen made meal preparations easy for our large group. Access to Sequoia National Park was easy and communication with the host was prompt.

Family reunion/gathering

This is a large home by the river. It’s in a beautiful location. Owner/manager is super responsive for any need. The river is gorgeous and refreshing when the weather was in the 100’s. Village market nearby is hit/miss but Reiner’s ice cream is a total must. My one comment would be the single stand alone cabin with double bed/no bathroom is really not very useful without access to a bathroom nearby for night use. No one in my group would take it. My wishlist would be with electric cars out there, it would be great to have a 240v universal charger on site. Other than that I’d come back here again in a heartbeat!!

This home sits on a large piece of land right off the river. Very spacious all around from the living area to the bedrooms, bathrooms and outside lounge area. The only issue with the house was that there were rodent droppings all through the house. Everywhere from the area where the fridge sits, all closets, laundry room, bathrooms and a couple bedrooms. While watching tv in the living room, a mouse ran down the living rooms stairs, raced through the living room and even stumbled on our feet. It’s understandable to come across rodents and critters since this home is located in the Sierra Mountains, the only issue was the droppings everywhere. We communicated this to the owner and they offered to send the house maid right away. She showed up the next day. Other than this incident we had a great time.
