We are from Park City, Utah and we love the skiing in the mountains almost as much as we love the beach. We love hosting because we love people and love to connect with so many interesting guests from all over.
Why they chose this property
We love this peaceful, gated community so close to the beautiful Emerald coast and yet surrounded by so many fantastic shopping and restaurant choices.
What makes this property unique
The interior of the home is comfortable yet classy, spotless yet cozy. There is plenty of room for a crowd but with TV's and comfortable cooling memory foam mattresses in every room, and multiple patios, there is plenty of private space for everyone.
The garage is stocked with everything you need for a fun day at the beach - bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards but if you want to relax at home you can stroll over to the community pool, fish in the community ponds, throw something yummy on the grill, or bake up something delicious in the well-stocked kitchen.
