Beautifully decorated canal front home that shows light and bright. The living room features a 32” flat screen TV with DVD, two arm chairs and a sleeper sofa for additional guest accommodations. The spacious open kitchen is fully outfitted with gas stove, built in microwave, toaster oven, blender and K cup/drip coffee maker. The light and cheerful dining area with elegant glass top table is large enough for family and friends. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, mirrored closet, vanity with drawers, TV and sliding door to the patio and canal. Guest bedroom has a full size bed, mirrored closet, vanity with drawers, writing desk with chair and TV. Out back is the shaded yard with BBQ grill, concrete table with umbrella and benches and a patio with chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs. Located on a 14' seawall with cleats and outdoor shower. Additional amenities include laminate wood floors, central air conditioning, overhead fans, stack washer/dryer, shaded concrete driveway, 2 bikes, 2 kayaks with paddles and life vests, tennis and pickleball rackets. Complimentary Secure WIFI is provided.

We enjoyed the neighborhood and house. The only problem was the TV, it continued to turn off after 5 minutes. We also could never find the D button on the home page to stream. Very frustrating.
