This cozy 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath sleeps 6. It's a great place to spend your vacation in the Florida Keys. Close to one of our many common ground areas. Master bedroom has a king size bed w/TV and guest bedroom offers a full size with TV. Additional sleeping accommodations include a Sleeper Sofa in the Living room. Venture Out review

We had a great stay in this delightful community. Our cottage was clean and very well equipped. We had one problem was immediately addressed and fixed. I highly recommend this property for your vacation!

Property does not have enough hot water to shower 4 people every night. I showered in cold water 2 out of out 4 night stay in January…..2 bathrooms but only 1 shower. One night, the property ran out of hot water completely and none of the 4 people in my group have even showered. No enough toilet paper, kitchen paper and no shampoo or conditioner (must get your own). For the price we paid, anticipated to have better supplies and utilities. Management does not seem very welcoming when communicated regarding the booking.

Warm Sun Time in January

'Blue Lobster' was very clean, kitchen had coffee maker, toaster, new appliances and several pots, pans and useful utensils, missing was broiler for oven. Ice maker was a nice appliance.Outside grill looked old and worn out, we did not use it. Beds were comfortable, with plenty of linings and towels. Hot water heater was off and we had to find breaker box to turn it on. Air conditioner did not work but sales/rental office sent repairman, finally a window unit was put in as house unit needed extensive work. Sales office was very helpful.Home had several beach chairs, and 1 boogie board. We visited nearby beaches. Pool in Venture Out was great, hot tub was closed. Community was very friendly invited us to chili cook off and pancake breakfast. Bikes from property were great, 3/4 worked well and were used everyday. Outside west side deck was enjoyed as well as small table and chairs in same area.
