A Spa-cation!

Our group absolutely loved this property! I think this house is even better than what the pictures show. The spa bathroom was amazing (though I did not actually use the sauna at any point). The backyard, tv room and garage were great hangout spaces for our group. We did not do a lot of cooking, but I loved the coffee bar. The beds were very comfortable, I did not wake up in the middle of the night even once. We had a group of 5 and I would say this house comfortably accommodates 5 or 6 adults. The location is a short walk to the 60th & Sheridan/Goldstrike station- we also rented a car from a garage next to the station.

Perfect rental property for small families

My family recently spent 3 days here. The house is even better than the pictures. First, it’s perfectly spotless! My two boys (age 14 and 10) loved the game room and we all enjoyed the spa in the basement. The three bedrooms are all super comfy and really nice. It has everything you need to entertain and feel right at home. Fully stocked kitchen, and bathrooms had shampoo/ conditioner/soap/bubble bath/ hair dryers. Appreciated that touch. My one and only suggestion would be to add one more TV to the house. There is only one TV (in the basement), and some people wanted to watch football , and some wanted to play Xbox or watch a movie. Would be amazing if there was a TV in the game room to watch games etc or a way to play music Outdoor area is fantastic- great fire table with seating for 12 ish! Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing and Unique Property!

We loved this house so much, we canceled our plans for one of the days of our stay- just to enjoy it and relax! Quiet, clean, well-stocked, well-decorated, warm and welcoming atmosphere- a true Western masterpiece! Would stay here again, and highly recommend to others!

Upscale appointments in this spacious retreat. Plenty of places to relax and enjoy family. Luxurious spa theme bath. Fun game room. Beautiful backyard with comfy appointments from morning coffee to evening fireside chats. Conveniently located to major hywys and train transportation.

Once you get here, enjoy a spacious yard and fire pit, enormous garage/game room, and a huge indoor sauna. Perfect for groups who want to be entertained while they explore Colorado.
