Why they chose this property

This neighborhood has the perfect location for people who want to be able to enjoy all the city has to offer while retreating home to a nice, quiet neighborhood. This area is very safe, has beautiful views and more access to lakes and ponds than you can find almost anywhere in Colorado. The location is perfectly nestled in a pocket between all major highways (I-70, I-25 and Hwy 36) making transportation anywhere a breeze.

What makes this property unique

Before I became a mom, I used to do lots of travel for both work and pleasure. I got to know the kinds of things that are nice to have when away from home and have done my best to stock the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms with all those things you need to freshen up in the bathroom, stay cozy in the bedroom or cook a nice meal in the kitchen. When it comes to enjoying the outdoors, we wanted to create a space for people to enjoy cooking, dining and playing games with friends and family. The backyard took a lot of work, but it is our hope that you will love it!
