This home was perfect for our needs! We came up to visit family and this house worked out wonderfully for us and our dogs. Great communication responses from Casey. Nice comfortable home with a great back yard. We even made a trip into St. Louis to see some fall colors at Forest Park. Perfect location to visit old town St. Charles too! Loved our visit.

This is very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. It has large open living area and kitchen. Large fenced in backyard with patio and BBQ grill. Main bedroom has an e suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Close to shopping and many different types of restaurants. If need a place to stay in St. Peters, St. Charles, or O'Fallon area I highly recommend this property

We we're a bit disappointed to see there was a puddle of something sticky, "spilled," tracked and left on the natural wood floors after check out. Communication of the accident or simply wiping it up would have been appreciated.

Has an open kitchen lay out large table. Quiet housing area. Clean place with down stairs family room with couch and large TV. Nice back yard with brick patio and grill. 2 bathrooms make it great with family. Gas stove helps with preparing meals. They have multiple coffee pots regular brew or k-cup type. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Great alternative to staying in a hotel

We came to St. Charles for an event at the convention center and we were very grateful to have such a comfortable home to stay at. Kitchen and living room were great, all the amenities you could want. Host was very helpful and responsive.

This place has EVERYTHING! I cannot express how impressed we were with the amenities and cleanliness. I would stay here again! If you are considering booking this property, don’t hesitate. Wonderful home and pet friendly!

The property is phenomenal! From the homes location, to the layout of the home, the amenities offered, and the fenced in yard! The home, and the host's effort, made our stay extremely comfortable for both us and our dogs. We will definitely be booking again when we return to the area in the future!

Casey was a great host.

Wonderful property and just as described. Our family had a wonderful time. The backyard was exceptional. The only negative was lack of laundry services but that did not affect our wonderful stay.

St Peters

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property in St Peters while visiting family and friends. The property is very clean and well decorated and maintained. We especially liked the extra space compared to a hotel. The communication with the host was quick and on point.
