What makes this home unique is the space and privacy it offers to large groups. The property includes a main house as well as an attached private apartment for the ultimate getaway. We are located just minutes away from downtown Two Harbors and Castle Danger Brewery. Come up to enjoy what the North Shore has to offer, including exploring Gooseberry Falls, hiking at Split Rock Lighthouse, and savoring food from Betty's Pies or the Rustic Inn.

The house is walking distance to Grandma's Marathon start line!

The main home of this property has two distinct living areas, three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry. The private apartment located above the garage has its own living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, additional laundry, balcony, and a bedroom with a king size bed and a two-person jacuzzi tub. If you're looking to enjoy the fresh air, we invite you to relax on the deck or enjoy a bonfire on a clear night. The attached garage is heated to protect your car and gear through a rough Minnesota winter. For remote workers, the house has fiber internet and a dedicated office space.

This place was perfect for our family and friends MEA trip! It was clean and lots of space for our group of 8. It was convenient for all our north shore adventures! Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

Hidden gem in Two Harbors

We do enjoyed our time at this property. It is close to everything! Great outdoor space, comfortable interior space, and excellent communication with the host. Highly recommended - we will be back!!

Wonderful cabin, great location

We had a wonderful stay. The home is very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the use of both the apartment and home which worked well for our extended family. The home is close to state parks, Two Harbors and Duluth so a great location from which to enjoy all the local attractions.

Remarkable Property!

Amazing property and house. Close to Two Harbors and Duluth, with so much to do in the surrounding cities. Large house that was large enough for our family to spread out comfortably! Great amenities and the house was well stocked in the kitchen. We hope to return in the future!

Thanksgiving Trip

Beautiful home and property, SUPER clean—had every amenity we could’ve asked for! Plenty of space for us to spread out. Loved that we could prep and cook the Thanksgiving meal while still feeling connected to the others in the living room. Amazing, huge TV in the lower level with a nice, big sectional that fit everyone! Five stars!

The cleanest home, with ammentities above and beyond! Spectacular!

Our stay was incredible! The layout of the home was wonderful. The yard was spacious, private, and landscaped beautifully. The firepit was large, which added comfort having a little more space between the campfire and the kids. The kitchen amenities- so much more than you would expect! The furniture and bedding were all in immaculate condition. The kids really enjoyed the large jetted tub, a big hit! The cleanliness was the best- not a single trace of previous guests, I was extremely impressed, especially considering the size of the home! Not a detail missed! The most comfortable property I've ever stayed at. Thank you for having us!

Just perfect!

If you are reading this review, and planning on taking a North shore vacation, then look no further. This place is perfect! 1st class amenities all around to accommodate large family or group: from the large 2 car garage, to the huge living space, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, smart TV in almost every room with excellent connectivity options for all your devices, to board games and puzzles, to an ultra wide monitor equipped work desk, and the list goes on… we really enjoyed the outdoor space especially the deck and grill. Large Firepit with wood was generously provided too. Most important thing for us though was cleanliness and the entire place was literally spotless and extremely well taken care of it definitely deserves your attention. I know our family of 6 would come back in a heartbeat to enjoy this experience again if we’re ever in the area in the future.

Reunion of 4 US Navy Sailors and Spouses

We served together 50 years ago in the US Navy, homeported in Yokosuka Japan. We still get together to re-tell the same sea stories. Good times!! Our stay was great! The house supported our needs flawlessly. As sailors we chuckled about the bathroom in the breeze way without doors, it wasn't excessively used. The kitchen is well equipped. We grilled steaks in the evening and made breakfast egg bakes in the morning. The laundry facilities are fantastic and a great contribution to the stay. The ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms makes this place perfect for four couples to stay. You can marginally see Lake Superior from various front room and bedroom windows, bring your binoculars for ship watching. Two harbors has several great restaurants and Duluth is only one sea story away. I would stay in this house again without hesitation.

Loved Every Moment!

This house was beautiful, very clean & a great set up for our family! The apartment above the garage was perfect for our married daughter & her family, so the babies did not wake anyone else in the group, yet it was still connected to the main house so we could all be together for meals/games etc. without venturing outside. The sunrise every morning was absolutely gorgeous! They provided wood & comfy outdoor chairs so we could enjoy a campfire in the evenings. There was plenty of flat grassy area for yard games. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals, as well as spices! Loved the double convection oven and large stove with a griddle! We even made use of the 3rd oven in the apartment when we had multiple things to bake at once! (Used both racks in all 3 ovens & everything came out perfectly baked!) The beds & couches were all comfy! Plenty of things to do nearby! Our family Loved everything about this place!

Everything was just perfect for our family of five. A wonderful kitchen/living area for us all to gather, and then lots of room for us to all have our own space. The entire home was immaculate! Close to Two Harbors, which was very convenient,and yet just out of town enough to feel secluded - it was so nice and quiet. We loved our stay and would 100% book again! Thank you!

Two Harbor “10”

Ultra clean and spacious home with spectacular natural light throughout main living area. The kitchen has everything for meal preparation. Bedrooms are spread out with luxury loft with private bath, two basement bedrooms with shared bath, and separate “mother-in-law” quarters with full kitchen, living area and balcony. Multiple staircases (with no railings) must be used to access bedrooms. I would absolutely stay there again but not with older adults who struggle with stairs.

Spacious home surrounded by beauty

The house was more spacious and exciting in person, pictures don’t quite do it justice. The main living room is full of natural light, so inviting to relax and appreciate the wild flowers and trees. Beds and linens were all high quality and comfortable. Main Kitchen is amazing. Overall location of the house is great launching spot for long weekend of exploring north shore. Very much enjoyed our stay!

North Shore Get-Away!

Communication from property manager was excellent. Easy to find and access property with directions/instructions. “Home away from home” for our family gathering. Ample indoor and outdoor space for our party of 7. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The location was perfect to explore the North Shore. From Duluth to Splitrock Lighthouse and everything in between! We also enjoyed adding our “pin” to the map of visitors in the guest room over the garage. We visited Betty’s Pies for dinner and a slice multiple times, and enjoyed walking the beaches looking for agates and watching the sun rise. Would have loved to stay longer, but would definitely consider this property for a return visit!

Family getaway
