For first timers to Nashville, this was the perfect location. We were looking to be close to the action and sites of this lovely city, but we are all well into adulthood and wanted to make sure we had a great place to rest and recovery for the next days events. The decor added to our experience and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Much more spacious than I was expecting! I thought we’d feel crowded with 7 guests but it’s really big. A high quality boutique feel. Has everything we needed.

Trendy Little Condo!

This place was perfect for our trip to Nashville. It had plenty of space and has everything we needed! The fun colors fit the vibe of our trip. Downtown is not too far and you can definitely walk it! Would stay here again.

AMAZING

This place was great for a weekend stay at Nashville! We had a group of 12 people and the location was great, not a bad walk and if we needed to Uber the prices were cheap as well, around $10. Overall amazing experience I would 100% stay here again!

Celebrated our daughter's birthday here 11 people stayed comfortably. Tastefully decorated. Squeaky clean. Close enough to walk to Broadway or a short Uber ride. Would most definitely stay here again!

The place was extremely clean, the building was great. Joe was super responsive. Location is great. We were able to walk places or take a short Uber to and from Broadway if needed. If we go back I would definitely stay again!

We were celebrating a 50th bday. There were 12 adults. The home was in a good location for walking to Broadway! We felt safe walking home late at night. The home was clean and had ample amounts of amenities for the 12 of us. We would definitely stay again!

40th birthday Girls Trip

Love the property it was in a good location, especially for the price. We were told it was a little sketchy at night, but honestly didn’t feel that way. We walked to Broadway during the day and it was a cheap Uber back home but a couple of the nights we actually walked. It was perfect for a group of nine girls

We had 8 ladies on a 50th birthday trip! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious! The building seemed clean and safe. We loved the rooftop patio. The owner, Joe, was great to deal with and quick to respond!! Highly recommend this beautiful place!!

Beautiful and close to the bars!

Loved the design of this place - everything was high end and really cool. Our large group had everything we needed including an iron, noise machines, fans in each room, hair dryers, fully stocked kitchen, it was perfect! Location is good, close to Broadway, a gas station, liquor store and coffee shop. It’s short Uber or walk to all the bars and we enjoyed using the rooftop area to play games and pre game before going out. Would recommend!

Beautiful and Sweet Landing Spot

Our stay was a perfect as the pictures. The location is great. There is traffic noise but the host does a great job of providing devices to help cancel the noise. I was a little concerned that the condo would feel cramped with 7 adults but it is spacious and did not feel that way at all. The condo is beautifully decorated and host provides lots of special extra's from the coffee to the toiletries.

We stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect for our group of seven girls! The location was amazing, super close to downtown and made it really easy to get around and enjoy everything Nashville has to offer.The place itself had such cute vibes and was exactly what we were hoping for. It felt stylish, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us to relax and get ready together before going out. Amazing getaway for a group of girls. Plenty of sleeping space. Beautiful decor. Quiet area. Communication with host was seamless. Joe was always quick to respond and accommodated our every need (down to getting our group some umbrellas for rainy weather!). Highly recommend.
