About this property

Enjoy a stylish Downtown experience at this centrally-located house. A little over a block off of Palafox. You are a short walk to all of the Great Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Palafox Market, Seville Square, Festivals, The Bay Center, Blue Wahoo’s Stadium and the Ferries to Pensacola Beach. Both queen bedrooms have ample room with their own bathrooms, TV’s, lots of closet space and balconies. the kitchen is complete with Bosch and Subzero appliances. Both bedrooms are up located on the second with access via twisting staircase. 3 UV light hepa filters for clean air.

Dirty and uncomfortable

When I checked in, the cleaning lady was leaving and asked ME to do the previous guests’ laundry… then my infant daughter wanted to crawl around after being cooped up in the car, within 5 minutes she looked like she was playing in a chimney, black stuff covering her from the dirty floors. Not only was the place filthy but the ac was terrible, you couldn’t even go upstairs without instantly sweating. We had to take our daughter to my parents so that she could stay cool and clean and not be miserable at this VRBO. The next morning we almost missed our flights so we were rushing out and didn’t do the piddly checkout list and they wanted to charge us an additional cleaning fee… Just bizarre since the place was never cleaned properly before. Highly recommend passing this place up.

Downtown Delight

Has had a recent ultra high end update. Couldn’t ask for more for the price. Convenient to all downtown activities.

All I can say is wow! My family and I had a wonderful stay at this location. It was beautiful, peaceful, and just what we needed to get away for the Pensacola Jazz Festival. Pictures don’t do this place justice, it was amazing! I love the fact that everything was in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Fun time!

Location, location, location!! Wow! So close to coffee, bars, restaurants, everything downtown! Beds were super comfortable!! Only con was the dog smell and hair but a little febreeze and we were good to go! Had a blast!

Clean and close to downtown!

The property was perfect for our trip to Pensacola. We were within walking distance to everything downtown and a short drive over the bridge to the beach. The property itself was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The beds were comfortable, there was ample space, furniture and bathrooms. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property managers were extremely helpful and quickly responded to our messages, they even let us know we were able to check in early, which was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in Pensacola for your next trip!
