House by the sea with two well-kept non-smoking apartments in a quiet residential area. Each apartment has a parking space available. The beach is about 5 minutes walk.
The apartment No. 2 "house by the sea" is located in the 1. Floor, is 57 square meters and can accommodate four people. It consists of a living-dining room with a comfortable seating area and a kitchenette. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (90 x 200 cm - separate mattresses) and the second with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The kitchenette is u. a. equipped with 4-ring hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Shower / WC. The roof windows are equipped with external electrical shutters. Among other things, the children's room is darkened.
