About this property

The "The Blue House" is a detached wooden house. It is located on a 900 sqm plot, together with the house "Villa Anna".

The garden is grown and invites you to linger. The Megasandkiste (beach) and XXL swimming pool (Baltic Sea) are only a few meters. The wooden house is located in a quiet location and offers you guaranteed rest. The "Villa Anna" and "The Blue House" are of course also bookable together and thus offer enough space for z. A family with teenagers.

The cozy holiday home was completely renovated in 1995 and until summer 2011, only used privately. Since the handover to the next generation, the cozy cottage is being rented to holiday guests in the summer months.

The Werner family and the Tourist Service Ostseebad Schönberg would be pleased to welcome you in California.

Wir, Mutter und mehrfach schwerstbehinderter erwachsener Sohn, waren jetzt das dritte mal im blauen Haus und können uns gut weitere Urlaube dort vorstellen, für uns einfach (fast) perfekt - das Bad ist halt nicht gebaut für zwei gleichzeitig. Alles vorhanden was Selbstversorger brauchen wenn sie nicht grad bei Ehlers Fischbrötchen futtern, liebevolle Ausstattung und auf der Terasse hört man das Meer. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Schöne Ferienhaus, gut gelegen.

Es wäre perfekt gewesen, ohne die Baustelle nebenan. Die Dauergeräusche stören, waren aber erträglich. Häuschen schön gelegen, nah am Strand. Alles rundherum gut !

Einfache aber ordentliche Ausstattung. Bedarf demnächst eine Renovierung. Infos zur Ausstattung wären hilfreich( hier: beheizbarer Spiegel im Bad )
