The apartment "Oberdeck" is with about 75 m², the large living room, the 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with separate WC and the fully equipped kitchenette a large and comfortable apartment for up to 4 people in the house Seepark. The exclusive apartment is located in the 1. Upstairs and offers with its balcony / loggia a wonderful view into the green oasis of the idyllic spa park. Here, two couples or a family can feel equally comfortable.

The beautiful cozy bedrooms are each equipped with double beds (90 x 190 cm) and wardrobes.

In the large, bright living room, the cozy sitting area for a lazy TV evening or the spacious dining table for social gathering in a maritime-modern atmosphere waiting for you.

The kitchenette is equipped with 4-plate stove, oven, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

All rooms are designed with modern, design PVC flooring. The windows are equipped with external blinds.

The apartment has a parking space on the property. For brought bikes or carts there is a shared parking space in the carport or garage. The bicycles and carts that belong to the "Seepark" can also be used free of charge by all guests of the house. The beautiful seating area in the garden with beach chairs and barbecue offers a beautiful view of the park and invites all guests of the house to relax. The great big playground directly in the park is the hit with all small guests.
