Close to beaches, golf course, shopping and restaurants. Use of outdoor grill, fishing poles, beach chairs and cooler and outdoor firepit. Also close access to intercoastal waterway, Stump Pass and Boca Grande. Open concept kitchen dining area and living room and screened in lanai.
