Modern architect house with lots of space. This apartment is located in a quiet residential area - here you can relax! The lovingly and modern equipped Non smoking apartment is located on the upper floor of the house. The homely overall comfort with good comfort offers everything you need for a holiday. In the living room you will find a cozy sofa area with sleep function, a separate dining area and a flat screen TV, Blu-ray player and hi-fi system. In the bedroom is next to the double bed another flat screen TV. The separate kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove, oven and various other small appliances. The high quality and modern bathroom completes the whole. To the apartment is a cozy plateau in the conservatory, a private little garden plot with seating, 2 garden chairs, barbecue and a device cottage for Unterstell of bicycles, etc.
