Great location on quiet tree lined street and just a few blocks to the beach. Spacious house with a private fenced in rear yard with above ground pool, multi-level deck with plenty of lounge and dining seating, fire pit and outdoor shower. The house includes off street parking, 2 street parking passes, AC, cable tv, Wi-Fi, outdoor gas grill, appliances and much more. House can sleep up to 10 people between 3 spacious bedrooms, finished basement and loft.
