Awesome place that’s a short paddle from the ocean. Close to restaurants and stores. The fishing was amazing. Kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards all included. The host was super responsive. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
Convenient location: walking distance to a couple restaurants, bait and tackle and a marina. Probably the most well equipped vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Has a nice casual old Keys feel with lots of good tropical art and decor. Friendly and accommodating host. Only negative is the lack of insulation in the roof and walls make it pretty loud when it rains or there is noise outside the house. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.
Michelle(owner) was very responsive to all are our inquiries and requests. She had very good restaurants and attractions to recommend and visit. She has kayaks and bicycles for roaming around Big Pine. Her neighbors are very friendly. It was a relaxing and fun time
Tomorrow we leave after two great months at this waterfront house on Big Pine Key. The house and location are exactly as depicted and the house is as well stocked as you could want. It is convenient to restaurants and food shopping. Michelle, the owner, was great to work with. We are looking forward to returning next year.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The home is clean and well stocked with everything you need for a month long stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the storage space and freezer downstairs are great and we really enjoyed the kayaks and bicycles. The neighborhood is quiet and still close to restaurants and shops. The canal provides quick and easy access to the ocean and plenty of room for our boat.
Great screened in porch with comfortable furniture. Good location to visit Key West or Marathon. Close to Bahia Honda. House was laid out perfectly for 2 couples (or 4-5 person family). Kitchen had everything you could need. A great walk close to house where we saw lots of deer every day. Easy to work with host. A few glitches, but nothing big. Would stay again.
The property is in a great location from the water and land. A huge manatee showed up. What a sight. We had a few bumps during our stay but overall it was relaxing.
Nice quiet neighborhood, fun canal for swimming, kayaking, watching all the boats and the manatees.
We enjoyed our morning walks with our dog to Pine Channel Park to watch the sunrise from the viewing platform.
Michelle is a great host.
