Our newly remodeled vacation home is located on a wide and deep canal, providing the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. The backyard features a large dock where you can fish, dock your boat, and even jump into the crystal-clear water for a refreshing swim or kayak adventure. The canal is exceptionally wide and deep, making it an ideal spot for kayaking right in your backyard.

You'll have the opportunity to witness the wonders of nature as the canal is home to frequent sightings of manatees, dolphins, stingrays, sea turtles, and a diverse range of fish. It's a true haven for wildlife enthusiasts.

In addition to its stunning natural surroundings, our property offers modern amenities and conveniences. We provide an EV charger for eco-conscious travelers, ensuring that your electric vehicle is ready for your next adventure.

Inside the house, you'll find a spacious open floor kitchen spanning 1500 square feet, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a double vanity, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration.

For your entertainment needs, we have ROKU-equipped TVs in every room, including the bedrooms, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

The property boasts direct Gulf of Mexico access, allowing you to embark on exciting boating adventures with ease. We provide private dockage that can accommodate boats up to 24 feet in length, ensuring a convenient and secure mooring experience.

Our vacation home has recently undergone a remodel, resulting in a fresh and modern ambiance. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay (instant pot, air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, skillets, pots and pans, baking equipment, etc...)

Outdoor amenities include a grill, private screened-in porch, and comfortable seating, allowing you to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. We've even created a fully stocked coffee bar, offering a variety of options, such as a Keurig, French press, K-Cups, and six different types of sweeteners.

Located in a prime spot, our property offers a balance of tranquility and accessibility. You'll have easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, Pine Island Beach is 10 minutes away, as well as local dining and shopping options just 5 minutes on the main road (Shoal Line Blvd). Weeki Wachee River is about 10 minutes away

Our family had an amazing vacation at this house. The pictures are extremely accurate. We used the kayaks to explore the area and used the dock to fish. There was plenty of room in he house for all of us and it was very clean. Our family made a lot of great memories here and we would definitely stay here again if we come back. The place is as described in the listing. It is very clean, spacious and has everything you could want. We really love a place that has TV’s in the bedrooms. Definitely a 5 start home and experience!The host was very easy to get ahold of and easygoing. We will definitely book again! Home was gorgeous, very clean and spacious. It was me my wife and 3 children during our stay and I tell you what our 10 month old had plenty of room to run around in her walker having a blast.. kayaking in the rear of the home was great for my older kids and myself, plus this home was in close proximity to Roger’s park and the local marina’s. The home blew us away with how clean and organized everything was! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and this one blew away every other in terms of how well stocked and clean everything was! Fantastic house and location. We loved fishing from the dock and the kayaks provided. Lots of fun. Also was very close to weeki wachee and pine island beach. Kids liked that it was close to Dunkin and Starbucks. I appreciated it was close to Walmart and Publix. House was perfect w everything you could need including shampoo, coffee pods, creamer, zip lock bags.. things that you might forget. We are from Massachusetts but we travel to Florida 1-2 times a month and we stay at both our VRBO properties each time. We are always making improvements based on your suggestions. Brian is really handy and he gets bored quickly, so he's always improving the house in some way or building something for the house, every time we go here. Janine keeps the supplies and the kitchen fully stocked.

Why they chose this property

This waterfront property is so much fun - you can fish in the backyard, go kayak, or take the boat out. We recently expanded the dock area from 19 feet to 31 feet long - so it can accommodate larger boats, and gives families plenty more room to enjoy. Fish on the dock or put some chairs there and enjoy the view.
