The light-flooded living-dining area invites you with its comfortable leather sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs and a stove, even in bad weather to spend a relaxing time. In the dining area with its solid wood table you can enjoy the maritime delicacies of the region. These prepare you in the adjacent high-quality equipped kitchen. During the day you can enjoy the magnificent view of the city of Heiligenhafen, the marina and the lake and in the evening enjoy the wonderful sunsets on the balcony.
The bedroom has a large box spring bed with allergy-friendly pillows and blankets. In addition, you will find a second flat screen TV here. The balcony offers partial views of the marina and the Baltic Sea.
In the high-quality bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in rain shower and towel radiator, you can enjoy the view of the marina and the city of Heiligenhafen in the morning.
In a separate utility room is a washing machine with integrated dryer available. For our little guests you will find a high chair and a travel cot.
You park your vehicle safely and independently on a pitch in the in-house underground car park with direct access to the staircase.

The apartment is located right next to the harbour and is just a stone’s throw away from the shore.

The apartment is located right next to the harbour and is just a stone’s throw away from the shore. This makes the location of the apartment amazing. The flat itself is super cozy and stylish. We especially enjoyed the comfortable bed, the fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen, and the views from the balconies. We had a lovely time and will stay here again.

Wir haben Ende September eine Woche in dem Ostsee-Appartement Nr. 15.2 "11 Grad Ost" verbracht und

Wir haben Ende September eine Woche in dem Ostsee-Appartement Nr. 15.2 "11 Grad Ost" verbracht und waren begeistert. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Yachthafen und auf der anderen Seite auf den Binnensee war ein Traum und da wir großes Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir die beiden Balkone sogar nutzen. Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner, ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen). Toll ist auch, dass zu der Wohnung ein Tiefgaragenplatz gehört, so dass man auch bei schlechtem Wetter das Auto ohne Weiteres ein- bzw. ausladen kann. Die Wohnung wurde sehr sauber übergeben und wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Wir würden hier immer wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Die Ausstattung war gut, die Brot und Kochmesser waren jedoch ziemlich stumpf. Sauberkeit nur mit 4 Sternen da die Fenster nicht geputzt waren und Spinnen im Schlafzimmer. Eine Anleitung für die TV Geräte und den Geschirrspüler fehlt.

Das freundliche, ruhige und helle Appartment ist hervorragend für 2 Personen eingerichtet und hat

Das freundliche, ruhige und helle Appartment ist hervorragend für 2 Personen eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Blick auf den Binnensee, inkl. dem WSC von Jesse. Fussläufig ist alles gut zu erreichen (v.a. die leckere Creperie mit Eisdiele) und der TG Platz optimal bei wechselhaften Wetter. Von den 4 Unterkünften, in denen wir bisher in HH eine schöne Zeit verbracht hatten, ist diese Wohnung unser Favorit.
