The whole house is equipped with high-quality travertine or wooden floor without rugs - which is ideal for allergy sufferers.

The living area is the perfect place to relax with flat-screen TV and Apple TV available for your entertainment. The master bedroom features slides with a direct access to the pool and a private bathroom with bathtub, huge shower and double sink. A walk-in closet provides travelers with sufficient storage space. The second bedroom also has slides with a direct access to the pool and a private bathroom. The third and fourth bedroom are located next to it. Three bedrooms are equipped with a TV.

The kitchen with adjacent dining area is spacious and comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment, including new stainless steel appliance and a Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers to relax as well as an outdoor kitchen with sink and a large stainless steel BBQ for sizzling steaks. Enjoy a cold beer from the outdoor fridge.

The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the pool deck or the boat dock at the waterfront. The gorgeous west facing view makes Florida's sunsets a special and romantic event. In addition you have a large Tiki Hut Area on the water and can also use the 2 Kayaks to explore the area on the water.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
