Loved the comfortable beds, effective AC, kitchen, and deck. Nice farmers market in Phoenicia on Sunday. Bettina’s Cafe was great. Nice that there is a trailhead within walking distance of the house. My family had a great trip.

we like to explore NY state. We used Phoenicia as a base, and traveled the area. The house was clean, and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, beautiful home

We spent 2 nights in Phoenicia. The house was perfectly located in the center of town near shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of 6. Will definitely be coming back when we are in the area again!

Perfect weekend getaway

This house is the perfect home base for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed going down to the creek, took a ride to Belleyare to ride the gondola and hike, and then a meal at Brios.The home was clean, well decorated and well maintained. Hosts were very responsive from booking to answering any questions we had.

Neat house about 1/2 block from the town's shopping area. Many of the Catskills best attractions are within a 30 minute drive.

Erica and her partner Jon were absolute dream guests. They hosted their wedding weekend at our home and treated it with incredible care and respect. Erica was communicative, thoughtful, and kind throughout the entire process — from planning months in advance to making sure everything was in great shape upon departure.
