Enjoy the best time of the year with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea - in the 11. Floor of the "House Kiel". The Ostseeklinik is located in the immediate vicinity and the salt marshes are only a few minutes walk to the beach in California! The shallow and very shallow water with its sandbanks is ideal for spending magical hours on the beach. Explore the region by bike, set sail, let your soul wander and enjoy one of the many events. Special variety in the season offers a rich program with markets, demonstrations, readings, theatrical performances, music and guided tours.

On the balcony with a cozy dining area you can enjoy your breakfast with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, California and the beautiful beach. The apartment has a combined living / sleeping area with a new double bed (1,40 x 2,00m), two sofas, a kitchenette with dining area and a shower room. The house also has a small laundrette with coin-operated equipment and an indoor adventure mini-golf course. Parking is available in front of the house in sufficient numbers.

Super Blick auf die Ostsee

Wir waren 4 Tage in der FeWo und kommen sicherlich wieder.11. Etage top, super Ausblick auf die Ostsee u. nen schönen Sonnenaufgang beim Frühstück. Lage der Fewo auch top. ca. 11 Min. zu fuss u. man ist am Strand.Die Whg. als solches schön groß, sauber, div. Dinge wie Spülmittel, Mülltüten, Geschirrtuch, Toipapier, Fön usw. vorhanden, was absolut nicht die Regel ist.3 Mankos hatte die FeWo für uns.1. lässt sich der Raum nicht richtig abdunkeln. Hier wird man dann durch den Sonnenaufgang geweckt. Verdunklungsrollos oder- gardienen wären super2. Das Bett, die Matratze war für unser Empfinden zu weich, vielleicht auch einfach nur schon durchgelegen?!3. Der Staubsauger. Dieser hat so gut wie keine vernünftige Saugkraft mehr gehabt, wäre super, wenn hier nach gerüstest wird, damit man auch die Whg. einmal vernünftig durchsagen kann :)In allem aber, eine FeWo, die ich sehr gerne weiter empfehlen kann.

Sommer kurzurlaub an der Ostsee

Das Appartment von Herrn Paulsen war ausgezeichnet, super sauber, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. Wir haben Herrn Paulsen als einen sehr netten Besitzer kennenlernen dürfen. Wir kommen gern wieder. Preis-Leistung stimmt 1 A und das Konzept der Ferienanlage Ostsee mit den Restaurants, Bar etc sehr entspannend. Die Lage ist prima, von hier aus kann man tolle Tagesausflüge starten oder enfach nur mit SUP am Sttand chillen....Vielen Dank sagt Familkie Poetter

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben schöne Tage in der Wohnung verlebt. Sie war super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Diese Aussicht bei Sonnenaufgang hat uns jeden Morgen fasziniert.

Wohnung Tipptopp, Schlüsselübergabe nervig

Wohnung ist tipptopp - nur der Teppich müsste mal raus. 😅 Fand es sehr nett, dass sogar ein Fernglas bereit stand. ;) Was wirklich absolut nervt ist, dass die Schlüsselübergaben mit sehr kleinen Zeitfenster in einem anderen Ort stattfinden.
