Do you want to enjoy an incredible vacation in the south of Mallorca in front of the sea? Welcome to "Blau Mari"!



This property belongs to a residential complex with beautiful gardens that are especially well-maintained, it is located on the ground floor and has a charming terrace that offers views of the sea and the spacious community pool available all year round.



The terrace has a covered part and another sunny part and is furnished, therefore, you will be able to enjoy outdoor meals at a table with chairs for 4 people enjoying the wonderful sea view and two comfortable loungers to sunbathe.



Inside the accommodation, access is through the terrace, providing access to both the living room and one of the bedrooms. The living room, spacious and bright, is connected to the kitchen through an American bar, offering a very cozy atmosphere. The kitchen has all the necessary elements for cooking.



Additionally, the housing has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, which can be used to cool down in summer or as heating in winter.



Having said that, all that is left is to book your vacation in Mallorca in this marvel of a home just 350m from Sa Rápita beach and also very close to one of Mallorca's most famous beaches: Es Trenc, with its fine sand and crystal-clear waters.

Beautiful apartment and perfect location for us for a first holiday with a baby. Walking distance to nice restaurants and supermarket and a lovely little beach The host Tolo was amazing, so welcoming and helpful. We hope to come back one day

Beautiful house in a calm area

Everything went well, the house is very beautiful and the area is calm (not too many people in the nearby houses, in the 3rd week for June). Check in was very flexible, and on the day of the check out the host was very kind to keep the luggages for us until the afternoon. The only small improvement would be on the cleaning side of the bathroom sink and the bedsheets, as we found some hair. The rest was all fine (kitchen and floor were clean).

We had a fantastic time for 9 nights here

2 adults and 2 teenage sons. There was plenty of space for us all in the bedrooms, living room and on the terrace. The terrace was really nice, with a big table, retractable sun shade and view of the shared swimming pool and the sea beyond. Note that it's not allowed to take toys into the poolto bring chairssun loungers around the pool area. We were initially disappointed but realised that this keeps the pool area very quiet. people come for a swim and then go back to their own terraces. The A/C in the house was fantastic (one in the living area and one in each bedroom). The kitchen was fully equipped with absolutely everything you would need and there's a washroom with washing machine just outside the kitchen. There are even a couple of sun umbrellas for the beach, The beach is less than a 10 min walk away and is stunning with golden sands, clear water and a small watersports centre. The town is very quiet, which is what we wanted.

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage

Der Vermieter war unfassbar nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar persönlich begrüßt, obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind. Es ist eine sehr schöne Lage direkt am es trenk Strand, den man zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichen kann. Zum nächsten großen Supermarkt fährt man 10 min mit dem Auto nach Campos. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und wenig touristisch (mitte März). Vom Flughafen fährt man etwa 35min mit dem Auto zur Wohnung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

L'appartement est très bien situé, tout près de la plage de sable

On voit la mer depuis la terrasse. La piscine est très agréable et on y arrive en quelques marches depuis la terrasse de l'appartement. Des commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à 10 minutes à pied. En ce mois d'octobre nous avons garé notre voiture sans difficulté devant l'appartement.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer ausserordentlich gepflegten Anlage. Wir haben hier Ruhe und Entspannung genossen. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Wir empfehlen jedem, der hier einmal Urlaub macht, am früh Morgen an den Strand zu gehen und los zu spazieren. Das Licht und die Luft sind einmalig! 5 Sterne für dieses Feriendomizil!
