I am a Community Association Manager on Topsail Island. I love living and working at the beach. It’s a dream come true for me.
Why they chose this property
I lived at this property for 10 years before I decided to rent it out. I got a German Shepherd puppy and she needed more space to grow. Since I cannot live at the property any longer, I am thrilled to share it with others to experience a little piece of paradise. The balcony is my favorite spot. Drink a cup coffee and watch the sunrise and/or enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The views are amazing. The salt and sand will soothe your soul.
