Exit to the balcony. 1 room 16 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony 8 m2, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar vom Stil etwas veraltet, aber gut in Schuß und bietet eine behagliche Atmosphäre. Sie ist sehr geräumig und man kann dort gut seinen Urlaub verbringen.

Mängel die aufgefallen sind

Badezimmer, Spinnweben ander Decke und Ecken. Toilette locker und undicht. Allgemein Zustand des Badezimmer könnte sauberer sein. Balkon Tischbeine kaputt und Tischplatte blättert die Farbe ab. Sonnenschirm komplett verdreckt und nass,da nicht in einer Schutzhülle. Unkraut zwischen den Bodenplatten. Sämtliche Fenster verschmiert und dreckig. Bis auf diese Mängel hat uns die Wohnung sehr gefallen, da sie sehr zentral liegt.

Die Schlüssel-Übergabe findet zu spät statt (16Uhr), dadurch ist ein halber Tag schon weg. Die Matratzen waren ziemlich duch gelegen,der Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer nicht grade allergikerfreundlich. In der Küche fehlte der Schraubdeckel der Kaffeekanne, dadurch war der Kaffee schnell kalt. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und bei der Ankunft funktionierte die Heizung nicht im Badezimmer. Die Klobürste war sehr schmutzig und ekelig.

Wer es quirlig mag, ist hier richtig

Die fewo entsprach dem Angebot und war sauber, liegt jedoch an einer viel befahrenen und daher sehr lauten Straße. Wer nicht auf Verkehrslärm steht, sollte woanders suchen, denn es gibt in Norddeich viele Ecken, die sehr ruhig sind.
