Günstig, aber Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert. Es gibt noch Probleme mit ausreichenden Steckdosen und warmem Wasser zum Abwaschen. Die Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch zentral gelegen. Emden, Leer, Aurich sind schnell zu erreichen. Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer Durchgangsstraße, die auch nachts hoch frequentiert ist. Trotz neuer Fenster ist der Nachtschlaf gestört. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ginge gar nicht. Der schöne Blick auf Wasser und Schiffe, der auf der Anzeige zu sehen ist, ist nur mit weit aus dem Badezimmerfenster gestrecktem Kopf möglich. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aber nicht immer vor Ort.

Nett für wenig Geld

Die kleine FeWo im Dachgeschoss ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieter. Eine zweite Ferienwohnung wird zur Zeit hergerichtet.
