PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Discover your picturesque getaway amid the Blue Ridge Mountains near Bluemont, VA at your 5BR/3.5BA mountain getaway. A private two-tiered deck has a hot tub and the lush backyard is equipped with gazebo, beautifully landscaped garden, a firepit, and dog friendly fenced yard.

Step outside your door and drive just 10-15 minutes to several mountainside wineries and breweries as well as day hikes along the Appalachian Trail or water recreation on the Shenandoah River.

LIVING AREAS
Meadowbrook Estate features a newly designer-decorated home where one will find a wonderful layout for entertaining and an OLED Large Screen SmartTV with all the streaming apps. A small library offers a cozy space to curl up with a book.

KITCHEN and DINING
The well equipped Meadowbrook kitchen includes chef worthy appliances and breakfast bar seating for three. Dine next to floor-to-ceiling windows at the 8 person table overlooking the meadow and mountain views. Additionally, there is a second 8 person dining table in the kitchen.

BEDROOMS and BATHS
The primary bedroom in Meadowbrook has a king bed and an ensuite bath with a jetted soaking tub with a separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a private deck with a table and two chairs. The second bath includes a tub-shower combo.

The remaining three bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom in the hallway and are equipped with a king, queen and a queen with a queen sized sofa bed.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Relax in the lush courtyard equipped with a hot tub, outdoor shower, al fresco dining, and a dog friendly turf side yard. The Malibu cottage also has a private second story deck with an eight person fire pit table and ocean views.

LoudounStay has a Guest Concierge full time employee that reaches out to every guest that books with a LoudounStay property. Bachelorette Group Loved Home

Our bachelorette party enjoyed our stay! Home was exactly as pictured and very clean! There were clear instructions for check-in and check-out processes. Complimentary Early Check-In was a huge help and we are so grateful. Property manager and owner were very communicative and answered any question we had! We appreciate all their help with coordinating our large group. We enjoyed the large porch, rocking chairs, hot tub, and many couches to fit 12 women! Only thing to add, the house may need a supply run. We did not find dish sponges, trash bags, and had only one dishwasher pod. We wanted to be sure to leave the house clean and tidy! But other than the lack of some cleaning supplies, the home was incredible and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be recommending this home to our friends and family!

Amazing beauty - relax and enjoy

The Virginia foliage was spectacular. I took a walk each morning and evening to enjoy the beautiful, serene surroundings. Quiet country roads, fantastic scenery. I love the sign at the entrance for Meadowbrook Farm - quoting Psalm 23:2: He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside the still waters. This place is just that. Quiet, beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful, yet minutes to town for food or fun. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. I can't say enough about how beautiful it is. So wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice stay overall. Needs some maintenance/spucing (dead plants, deck condition, outdoor pillows, etc). The area was wonderful and the house is very beautiful and well equipped overall. Love the touch of the smores kit!I sent a couple of messages from VRBO to the management company and did not get a response but once called they were very cordial and handled my questions professionally. Wonderful property..peaceful and quiet. Worked great for our family /friend group of 10. Would def recommend and stay again!
