About this property

Sycamore Creek Farm Cabin sits nestled on a secluded property that will give you a taste of country life while still being able to enjoy and explore all Western Loudoun County has to offer! The Cabin has a large great room, spacious living areas, a wrap around deck, stunning scenery, and a hammock with an outdoor fire pit. All this makes the cabin a peaceful place to gather with family and friends. It’s time to relax, reconnect & recharge at Sycamore Creek Farm!
Located 10 minutes away from a plethora of wineries, breweries, and hiking trails! We are 15 minutes from Middleburg, 20 mins from Harpers Ferry, 10 minutes from Purcellville and 30 mins from both Leesburg and Winchester.

The space
There are open living rooms in both the upstairs and downstairs. The house has full kitchens both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchens are perfect for hosting and have all the necessary supplies needed to prepare a meal! The upstairs dining table seats 8 while the downstairs seats 6.
The bedrooms are comfy & cozy! Be assured that you will have a wonderful nights rest!

Other things to note
House is located along the woods on a farm with cows and chickens. The house is accessible by rural road about 10 minutes drive to the town of Purcellville. The farm has cows and chickens along with wild animals and bugs, especially brown marmorated stink bugs in the early fall season. Again, there are bugs, pests and animals naturally in the country so expect to find them present on the property, too.
Internet, electricity and TV cannot be guaranteed in case of technical issues with the provider. Weather is not guaranteed, and please stay away from the creek during or following heavy rain to avoid flooding. The reservation must match number of people on the booking. No more than the maximum permitted twelve of guests at any time unless explicit permission from hosts. Guests are subject to additional large fees and charges and even removal from property if guests do not honor reservation agreement by exceeding total permitted number of guests. Pets are permitted and guests are subject to additional large fees and charges if they do not honor the reservation agreement by allowing pets to damage the property.

Weekend trip for group of 8

We had a wonderful weekend at the property - which is even more spacious than it looks in the photos! Everything is spotless and Maggie is a great host. It is the perfect place for a trip to Virginia wine country or to just enjoy the time peacefully near the farm.

Perfect getaway

Booked it as overnight post Middleburg Races, where we went to celebrate my husband’s bday. 9 of us stayed overnight at the cozy creek cabin, having a perfect fire pit night, followed by a dance party on the basement floor. It was exactly what we needed for a group getaway. We’d all be happy to go back again!

Fantastic Cabin-New upgrades and plenty of space

The Cabin exceeded my expectations. A lot of it seemed newly renovated, very large and we had 10 people. Quiet but next to a great stream, firepit was awesome and enclosed dog run was great. Overall...better than I thought it would be and host communication was great.

I love hosting people at Sycamore Creek Farm to help them experience all Loudoun County has to offer and helping create lasting memories for our guests and their families.

Why they chose this property

This farm is a small slice of heaven. With a rushing creek, a large pond, wrap around decks and cozy logs in the Great Room, this property brings peace as soon as you step foot on it.

The neighborhood is 10 minutes away from grocery stores, breweries, wineries, hiking trails etc. The closest dining restaurants are More Better and Tammy’s Diner! If you have any problems during your stay we can come and resolve as soon as possible! Even if it’s something small like having trouble getting a fire started in the fire pit-please don’t hesitate to reach out!

What makes this property unique

From the large stone fireplace, the decks, the Great Room, the newly renovated bedrooms, the private setting, few places will match this cabin's mix of rustic character and modern amenities. Additionally, being located on a working farm means you get to wake up seeing Cattle grazing in the front field.
