Beautiful, quiet property perfect for some time away with family or friends. Perfectly located for fun day trips or excursions and just as perfect for settling in and enjoying the space and surrounding environment. I would definitely recommend and go again!

One of the nicest rentals I’ve stayed in. Extremely clean, surprising being a log home. Cause they get dusty. Love the hot tub loved the fire. Pit was all great.

This trip was for my wife and my 2nd anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The main room was very spacious, yet extremely cozy due to the wood burning fireplace. The home was well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The views of the lake and the wildlife were just icing on the cake.

What a delightful cabin! It was both clean and cozy, Private but with good access, parking, and WIFI. l was pleasantly surprised to find everything necessary for an excellent cup of coffee!These are good folks who took great care of us as guests, would absolutely reserve with Mountain Moma again!

Super cute cabin and location.

We loved the location and the property itself was decorated very cute. Would be awesome to have kayaks or something to take on the water but that is the only thing I would change!

The cabin was cozy and warm and comfortably furnished, fireplace was nice. Everything in the house worked and it was very clean. The coffee provided was delicious! The basement could use some updating but we didn't use it much.

Overall, it was a very nice trip, relaxing, and beautiful views. The host was very responsive via text which was nice.Only a few things which I believe are worth mentioning. The main concern was the lighting. There was no porch light that you could turn on only the motion sensor light. When coming into the house, there was no light by the door that you could turn the lights on. The light switches did not work in the bedrooms, and some of the lamps were not operating properly (only able to turn off by unplugging, one light wouldn’t come on, broken). One of the bedroom doors got stuck closed with someone in it which was a bit scary. We did let the host know and they offered to come to fix it but we opted for them to address it once we left. The house had a musty smell which was worse in the basement.

Easy communication with the host. Hot tub did not work, which was disappointing, but the rest of the house was as advertised. Would return if the hot tub worked.

We could have helped you troubleshoot that during your stay, but it was a quick fix and the hot tub works as well as ever. We hope to host you again soon so you can enjoy it!

It was a very nice cabin and location. We were very disappointed that there was not a washer and dryer in the house especially since we were at a cabin on the lake swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. It was not listed as an amenity but neither was a stove. Had we realized there was not a washer and dryer we probably would not have booked this cabin. Also, we were only given one bath towel each. Once again, we could have benefited having a washer and dryer to use. We did really like the lake access and the sitting area by the lake.

Went for a couple days with my friends for fishing and just general relaxing. The location has hit or miss cell signal so getting in contact with people is tough once your up at the location and they used multiple numbers to contact you so it was tough to get the actual door code but once we were in it was all golden. Place was clean and had plenty of linens and even the basic amenities you'd expect. Only issues we had was the television didn't work at all for our whole stay and the basement area smelled musty. I don't hold it against them as it is a mountain cabin but I think they just need to get the dehumidifier squared away and maybe use something different for the television. The driveway has plenty of parking for vehicle's and we managed to park three full size trucks and two cars with room to spare. The views are beautiful on location and the lake is very peaceful. We sat outside by the lake and at night we moved to the fully enclosed area adjacent to the kitchen. Everyone enjoyed their stay and had a great time.
