Great finca with pool on the Kirchberg of Santa Eulalia

Around the 19th Finca built at the turn of the century, which was recently renovated according to the "Ibizan" country house style.

This Mediterranean house for 6 people is located on the edge of Santa Eulalia. A short walk to town and its beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. Santa Eulària des Riu (Spanish: Santa Eulalia del Río) is a town in the east of the island of Ibiza.

The Mediterranean hillside property on the Puig de Missa, also called the Messberg, is completely fenced and has a total area of 600m2. It is overgrown with trees and many native plants such as bougainvillea and oleander. Various terraces and the pool terrace offer space for clapping, relaxing, sunbathing .... The two-storey, 140 m² living space large finca surprises with a wonderful panoramic view and a unique location in Santa Eulalia.

You enter the finca on the lower floor and enter directly into a bright, comfortably furnished living / dining room (40m2) with fireplace. The fitted kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a gas stove and electrical appliances. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms (1 x 20m2 + 1 x 10m2) and 1 bathroom, as well as another TV living room on the lower floor.

Upstairs is the 1 master bedroom (22m2) with 1 bathroom en suite.

The traditional Ibizan house has all the characteristics of Ibiza's typical architecture. Wooden ceilings and thick walls provide pleasant temperatures in summer and winter. All bedrooms can be cooled by a fan so you can sleep well. In the transitional months and in winter marble stone heaters provide pleasant temperatures.

The sea and the center of Santa Eulalia are only 5 to 8 minutes walk away.

Ibiza Town, World Heritage Site with its many facets, is only 10 minutes drive away.

Ein wunderschönes altes authentisches Haus!

Wir haben uns mit der Familie in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr romantisch unterhalb der alten Kirche in Eulalia. Vom Pool hat man einen sehr schönen Blick. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Wir haben viel selbst gekocht. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig und doch zentral zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Beautiful home in a great location

Had a great time in Santa Eulària, very close to the centre of town while still being quiet and peaceful. Ibiza Haus was perfect with modern appliances in a traditional setting, and more than enough space for everyone. Highly recommend!
