Welcome to Casa Sirena!

You will love this 3 bedroom house with private pool located in Colina Blanca Development. The development sits right on the beach, so you are a short 2 minute walk down to beautiful ocean views and long stretch of beach for walking or relaxing!

When you enter Casa Sirena, you will love the open floor plan of the living room and kitchen area. It is perfect for large group gatherings. You will have access to a full size kitchen for those nights that you may want to cook a meal at home! The pool area is located off the living room/kitchen area.

There is a master bedroom on the right side when you enter the house that has its own ensuite bathroom and that is shared as well with the guest bedroom. You have another master bedroom next to the laundry room that has its own ensuite bathroom and has an option to go out on the terrace to the pool area.

The best factor is the ocean, you are just a 2 minute walk down to the beach, to enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunsets!

Another great stay

We loved it again and hope to come back again next year. The only thing we would change is to have wifi in all the bedrooms and better pots/pans/knives. Otherwise it is a wonderful stay.

Neat place

Very good location between San Jose and Cabo. Host was awesome. Very nice and helpful, gave great advice. They also refer you to incredible cooks who are great people. A short walk to private beach. Pool is kind of small but overall a great place, safe and great host!

Family Getaway

This property is very spacious. All of the rooms are very large. The beds are very comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach (4 minutes or less). Located in a gated community. The pool is not heated, but was nice and comfortable to swim in. House has lots of beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. It is a very good house to rent for a family. Very quiet location. Lots of room for all members of your family. We felt very safe and comfortable. Kids were in tears on our last day- they were so sad to leave.

DraGon Reunion

We are a group of 6 women from 2 families who met in the late 70’s comprised of 2 sets of sisters and their mothers. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach just down the drive. Lazy mornings by the pool reading books and reminiscing. Home cooked meals and evenings of cards and music of our memories. Despite the many excursion options we stayed in the home enjoying each others company and the amenities of the home. The home was comfortable for sharing beds and enough bathrooms so no one was waiting. The evenings were quiet and sleep was restful. Uber was readily available and necessary for accessing groceries and our 2 evenings out in the neighboring towns.

Great Experience

The house was perfect layout for our family of 5 adults especially for our one son with mobility challenges. It is extremely difficult to find a house in Mexico that is one level with no stairs or steps through the house/ rooms. The house was well equipped for our stay, lovely view, and great communication with property manager. Our Christmas family vacation was a very special and relaxing time! We hope to return again in the future

Absolutely Perfect

The photos don’t do this place justice- it’s spacious and beautiful. We had a group of 4 adults and 3 children and we all were very comfortable. The pool is awesome and it’s a very short walk down to the beach. Juan Carlos was very responsive and helpful to get us checked into the house upon arrival. We paid for the welcome service and we highly recommend this. Gloria had quesadillas, chips, guacamole, salsa and margaritas waiting for us when we arrived. We had some luggage and car rental hiccups so we were later than expected getting to the house - Juan Carlos and Gloria were very kind and lovely upon our arrival. We can’t wait to come back to this amazing place. A+++++

Fantastic Find

The property was perfect. Great space, a great location for a low-key decompress week. All of the amenities (if wanted) of a hotel. but none of the hotel crowds and rules (check-in, check-out, food types etc) The management team was amazingly responsive for all questions or needs. While at the same time making it feel like we were on our own in our own house. I cannot say enough positives for the team and the location. I want to return, if not to the specific house, then at least to another property run by the same people. They were so helpful and wonderful without being overbearing. We also used the services of in house massage and Gloria's for a delicious catered meal. Again, the professionalism and great service was top notch.

Adventure Trip

We had a awesome vacation. The most difficult part was finding the location but thanks to Juan he made it simple by waiting for our arrival. The property manager replied to all requests and even assisted in booking events. We had a great time traveling to Todos Santos and had the best surfing instructor ever! The glass blowing factory across the road is also worth the walk. The beach was not one you could swim in but good for play and then a swim in the backyard pool. The gardener even helped with coconut recovery. There seemed always to be security outside on the "block" day or night but we felt safe at all times. We will be back as my littles promised Juan they would work on their Spanish speaking. I was a bit nervous traveling alone with 4 girls but this really was the perfect vacation.

Good house

It is a good house but it needs maintenance. It rain few time and the roof leak in few different parts. Oven and stove was not functionally working, master bedroom sink was plug and floor was peeling. Due to strong ocean current it was advice not to swin in the ocean. So if you are looking for a house close to the beach to swin this is not the right home. The beach and sand area is great tho.. Check in and out was great and easy. Massage therapy was great. Private Cheff Doña Gloria was good and she is a sweet woman.

Cute House

We liked this cute house. The location is great, adjacent to one of the best resorts in Cabo. Check-in was smooth. Juan Carlos was great! We were welcomed with some snacks and cool beer. We had a great time in the small pool. We loved the quietness and that is in a fenced area. It has beach access to walk or jog. It is not recommended to swim. The house could use some upgrades. The sofa beds were very uncomfortable, the showers need some nice curtains, and in one of the rooms (full and twin beds) we had some issues with the AC the first night and the beds are uncomfortable. The stove is placed at a higher level so it makes it difficult for short people to use. It would be helpful to include a big mirror in each room.

As good as it gets!

Casa Blanca is a hidden gem. The location and privacy were key with this place. The house is on a small private cobblestone road that leads directly to a beautiful beach. We swam in the water directly in from of the house every day for hours. Might not be suitable for young kids but we never felt unsafe in the water. There are only four or five houses in the development so the privacy was unparralled for us. We rarely saw anyone other than the landscapers. The location is perfect. Took about twenty minutes to get into Cabo but we spent most of our time in San Jose and it was only 12 minutes away. The house itself was perfectly comfortable. Four of us had plenty of space to stretch out and we all agreed that the beds were perfectly comfortable. The pool is small but perfect for lounging and cooling off. There were a couple of quirks like the stove being very high but it sounds like the owners are working on it. Wasn't a problem for us. We've rented five or six houses in Cabo and for the price, location, and privacy this house was the best. We have the house earmarked for our next Cabo vacation. Oh, and Juan Carlos the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. No problems with communication at all.

Hidden Gem!

We cannot emphasize how wonderful it was to stay here! It is clean, spacious, has a beautiful view and great location. We did have a little trouble finding it using the google location coordinates provided, as they took us to the middle of a construction site down a dirt road a few Km away from the house. Luckily we used Le Blanc as the new location to find and then called Juan Carlos who was super helpful. The house is located behind a gate with 3 other houses so we felt safe and secure. It is centrally located halfway between the 2 cities of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo so you may want to rent a car if you want to check out other activities, restaurants or bars. We enjoyed the pool every day! We walked on the beach a lot (not safe to swim). We drove to nearby beaches which were wonderful. We went paddle boarding, snorkeling, parasailing and whale watching in San Lucas, and we went on the Thursday art walk in San Jose. The house was really great and the management company was very responsive. We couldn't light the grill or find a lighter and Juan Carlos brought a lighter over for us. The house next door had a bunch of college kids that played LOUD music at 2:30am, so Kristin and Juan Carlos contacted the HOA to help solve the problem. My husband, 2 teen daughters (12 & 14) and I loved our stay here and would highly recommend Casa Sirena to anyone. Plus the weather was perfect every day!

Wonderful time away

First off, overall it was a wonderful renting experience. Kristen and Pablo were both very helpful in figuring a lot of things out and answering questions. The house was comfortable and walking to the beach in the morning for sunrise was spectacular. There were a few things that could be viewed as negative but I think they are more just important things to know about the house if you are staying here. 1. It is very difficult to find even with direction. The google maps our rental car had was not able to direct us to get off on the side road from the main highway so we had to figure that out after a few laps by the place. Pablo was very helpful in giving us descriptors to find the place. Just be aware and get a few landmarks if you are taking a taxi or shuttle. 2. When we showed up the oven was not working and incessantly beeping. Pablo, again, was super responsive and came out that day with a technician and they were able to stop the beeping but the oven was not working. Luckily we had the stove but hopefully by now they have a working oven in the house. 3. It is advertised as sleeping 11 but from I only saw places for 9 people. Luckily we were less than that. What I gather is that the 2 king beds are counted as sleeping 3 each and that makes up for the 11. Might be fine if you are families but I would not have been comfortable with 3 in one of those beds. Positives: All of those things did not impact our stay too much and everything else was wonderful. 1. The pool was a decent size. 2. The house was comfortable and cool with the heat and humidity outside. 3. The beds were all very comfortable. 4. It is an walk to the beach though you can’t swim there it is still gorgeous and sunrise is well worth it! 5. There is a wonderful swimming beach just a 5 minute drive away. 6. And I cannot say enough about Pablo and Kristen’s communication. They were very helpful in so many ways. My phone was not sending and receiving texts well so it is best to use what’s app or call directly if you need something. 7. The in house chef and her su chef were incredibly kind and the food was spectacular. I did request a couple of them to be vegetarian but that did not get communicated so I was stuck with only being able to eat one of the dishes but everyone else said that it was amazing. And the fish was the best! I would definitely recommend this place as long as you are fine with the sleeping arrangements.
