The house was a perfect setting for our family beach weekend. Tons of space for everyone to spread out. Easy and quick access via the public beach access across the street. A responsive host for anything we needed. Really great spot on Ocean Isle.

We stayed here for our wedding and it was absolutely lovely! Exactly what we needed. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. It's right across from the community center and beach access which makes it super accessible. Would recommend having your next vacation here!

The house is very nicely appointed with up-to-date appliances, furniture, comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen ware. Because it is located right across the street from a beach access ramp that goes over the sand dune it is easy to get to the beach. The pool is also nice, just the right size for our party of 10. Lastly, but most importantly, the Hostess was very responsive to all our questions about the house and other things that made our stay a great one.

Awesome property that has a fantastic location, steps from the beach and a short walk to OIB park, shops, and restaurants. House was clean and well stocked (especially the beach stuff). Host was very responsive and took great care of us.

Amazing location!

We loved our stay! The owners were extremely communicative during our stay and helpful. The house is an ideal location for young families - across from the beach access and within walking distance to putt putt, restaurants, and playground (complete with splash pad!). We can’t wait to go back!

Great family trip!

Our annual trip to OIB was perfect thanks to this great house and its great location! Upon arrival we had two small concerns regarding the property, and the owner was very quick to respond and provide a solution! We had a large group ages 16-60 and everyone was happy here!

This home is the perfect option for large families or a group of friends looking for a great location with lots of room to spread out. The house was spotless! Great house, location, and hosts

Our family had a great stay at this house. The location to beach access is great, literally across the street. The house is fairly new so it was in great shape. The kids loved the pool and my older parents loved the elevator. Heather our host was extremely responsive as well. I highly recommend this property.

Love this place!

This was my family’s 3rd year staying at this place. I have no complaints at all. House is wonderful and has everything you could need. Location is perfect and the pool is an added bonus! Owner was very responsive to any questions and prompt to answer! Certainly cannot go wrong staying here!

House was very clean and well maintained. The location couldn’t have been better, the walk to the beach was so convenient with the wooden walkway right across the street. Also being close enough to walk to park, miniature golf, pier and ice cream was a big plus. The pool was big too so we all could be in plus kids jumping in. I would highly recommend this house. Our family had a great week and lots of good memories made!!

Three families shared this house for Labor Day and it could not have been more perfect. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed and more and a perfect location. Just keep in mind you do need to bring your own sheets and towels but they noted that and we did not mind. The owner was so communicative and helpful. Seriously this house is such a gem and we are already talking about staying there again.
