Lanford's Landing! New 5Bed 4.5 Bath with gaming/bunk loft!

Lanford’s Landing is a new build in 2022 and the luxurious amenities with classic cabin feel will help you “find your landing”. The contrasting colors from light/white tones combined with dark/espresso accents creates a cozy and warm setting. The cabin has 3200 sq ft of living space, 1000 sq ft of covered decks, and it is set on a 2-acre lot for a more quiet and secluded experience. We have a separate gazebo with hot tub in the back to give you more room on the deck. Lanford’s Landing sleeps 14 and a perfect layout for families with kids and/or seniors, friends’ getaways, or for a girls/guys trip! Must have valid DL as well as send front and back can not be an identification card or passport as we do not accept those. Will also have to send a photo of the front and back of your credit or debit card showing the name on the card as well as he last 4 digits as well.


We chose this plan, aside from the great location, because of the 3 downstairs king suite bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms (more details below). The large game room was also an important feature and will not disappoint. Upstairs are two more king suite bedrooms, two twin-over-full bunk beds, and a full bath.

INSIDE

The main area of the first floor is a combination living room, dining room, and kitchen. It features a floor to ceiling stacked stone gas fireplace, large flat panel TV, leather sofa/chair, dining table for 8, and 4 barstools at the kitchen island. A picture of Turner Falls by a local artist, Randy Sander, rounds out the relaxing yet energizing feel for the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dark cabinets and beautiful quartzite countertops. The coffee maker makes full pots or individual k-cups (coffee not provided). There is a guest bathroom next to the kitchen and a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer.

The main bedroom, AKA the Lake Room, features a king log bed with matching nightstands and dresser, rustic log/leather reading chair, closet, and TV. The large bathroom includes a relaxing freestanding tub, a huge shower with dual shower heads, and double vanity. Our favorite pictures of Broken Bow Lake, also by Randy Sander, finishes this tranquil setting. Up front is the fun Bear Room with a king log bed, black and white décor, matching log dresser and nightstand, TV, and a large bathroom with dual shower heads. In the back is the calming Pine Room which has a king log bed and matching dresser, pine/green décor, TV, and a large bathroom with dual head shower.

Upstairs are two more king suites with king log beds and americana themed décor. There are two log bunk beds (twin over full) to handle any combination of guests. There is a full bathroom upstairs with large shower and two shower heads. The game room is music themed with cool pictures of some of our favorite artists. The dry bar is a great place to entertain (we also store games for guests in the bar) with a great view of the property out back. The game room also has a TV with couch and love seat and gaming cabinet below the TV. The main features of the game room are the awesome 12’ shuffleboard table, beautiful regulation pool table, and custom game console with music themed stools.

We have FIBER all the way to the cabin and a great WIFI Router for your fun or work.

For our late sleepers or kids’ naps, all bedrooms have black-out blinds to keep it dark, if you prefer, and private!

OUTSIDE

There are two large decks at Lanford’s Landing. Donnie the Bear welcomes our guests in the front! We have 3 seating areas, including tall rockers for easy in/out for our seniors, for amazing sunrises. We have beautiful boulders, with more coming, and a great view of the meadow through the trees.

In the back we have a large fire-pit surrounded by 8 Adirondack chairs, two of them are tall so seniors can join in the fun. A separate private gazebo, and hot tub, has easy access from the back deck by a sidewalk. The bar top on the back porch with 4 bar stools creates an amazing vibe. We have a fantastic grill (propane provided), gas fireplace, 2 couches, table/chairs, and TV on the back deck for all your entertaining needs. For more fun we have cornhole and tree climbers on one tree (obstacle set and swing-set coming soon). The back has a great view of the meadow and the deer feeder keeps a herd of 8-12 deer coming by a few times a day. Sarah the Bear will keep you company on the back deck as well!

You will also have access to a stocked private pond with a dock right in the Pine Meadow Estate addition so bring your gear (catch and release)! It is just a short walk.

Lanford’s Landing Cabin sits off the road which left us room to add a driveway loop near the road for trailers/boats for easy in/out access.

LOCAL

Lanford’s Landing is less than 1 mile from the center of Hochatown and its 3 wineries, 2 breweries, and a distillery…not to mention walking distance to Grateful Head Pizza. Local 259 Market is ~2 miles north for grocery needs. This magnificent Hochatown cabin is an easy drive to all the area attractions including Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River, Cedar Creek Golf Course, and Beavers Bend State Park (hiking, swimming, train rides, kayaks, fly fishing, and lots more). We are also less than 4 miles from the new Choctaw Landing Casino, opening in 2023, in case that is the landing you are looking for.

No Pets Allowed.

Maximum Total Occupancy: 14 guests (total includes adults, children and infants). Exceeding maximum total occupancy, regardless of the guests age, will result in additional charges and/or possible cancellation. Overcrowding of the cabin is not allowed.

FREE WIFI to guests. BBCL is not responsible for speed or reliability of internet service from service provider. TVs are streaming only but lot’s of options.
