Not included and to be paid on site: deposit € 150, weekly flat rate € 90 (includes the cost of air conditioning and heating, bed linen and towels, final cleaning). Breakfast supplement € 9 / person. The cleaning of the kitchen corner is to be carried out by the customer or paid € 35. Tourist tax € 1.50 / person / day, children under 16 free, baby cot € 25 / week.
