Apartment "Zur Weide" in an idyllic, quiet location on the Schmarksee

Stud Hohenschmark can be found in a very quiet secluded location, about 10 minutes by car from Plön and Bad Malente in the Holstein Switzerland, directly on the stud's own Schmarksee. In addition to the idyllic holiday atmosphere, the stud offers dressage horses an absolutely equine breeding and education. Our holiday guests find their peace and quiet at the Schmarksee and enjoy their free time on and off the farm.

The house opposite the Schmarksee houses the aft stall on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor. The house has central heating. Each apartment has its own entrance.

The spacious apartment "Zur Weide" with wooden terrace offers a cozy living atmosphere The kitchen with washing machine and view of the paddock in front of the house is located between the living room and a bright bathroom. Next to it is the bedroom with a large double bed. (85 square meters)

Toller Ort für Natur -und Tierliebhaber👍

Das war ein toller Urlaub auf dem Gestüt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Auch das Meer ist mit ca 45. min gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und mit tollem Blick. Einzelne Geräusche von Tieren gehören auf einem Gestüt auch mit dazu. Insgesamt für eine Auszeit zu empfehlen.

Heerlijke vakantiewoning

Het appartement op de eerste verdieping is uitzonderlijk ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het is er lekker stil. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, want het ligt ver overal vandaan. Het ligt op het terrein van een manege, tussen de weiden met paarden, aan een meertje waarin je kunt zwemmen. Voor twee tot vier personen een fantastische plek.

Ganz ruhige Gutshofanlage in idyllischer Landschaft eingebettet mit See vorm Haus. Zu empfehlen !
