The Space:
This two-story spacious waterfront townhome features an open floor plan that is fully furnished with all of your needs. The gourmet kitchen is completely stocked with custom granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances to cook up a feast the nights you prefer to stay home and relax. The first floor living space has plenty of comfortable seating to kick your feet up and enjoy your favorite show on the large flat screen Smart TV. The 1,500 square foot vacation home features not just one, but two comfortable kind-sized beds and a third room with two cozy twin beds. Enjoy your privacy in the master bedroom with your your own private bathroom and walk-in shower.

While you're here, take advantage of the start-of-the-art clubhouse with media center, resort style pool, sauna and exercise facility. Included is an attached one car garage and brick paver driveway. By paddle or propeller, this quiet community features fun and relaxing marine rentals including: kayaks, paddle boards, pontoon boats, and sunset catamaran cruises.

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking at unit plus a one-car garage. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away. Right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)
