Relax and enjoy your vacation in our cute updated private room in a residential home in Panama City, just past the Hathaway Bridge ~16 minutes to Pier Park, <15 minutes to St. Andrews State Park and < 5 minutes to St Andrews Bay and Historic Panama City Downtown and St. Andrews. Enjoy the white sands of Panama City Beach and soak in its clear water.

The location of this property has an easy access to highway 98 and 23rd street making it very convenient for restaurants and shopping.

Our home is a 900 sq ft single residential home with a fenced backyard for privacy.
- New appliances (kitchen, washer and dryer, water heater, HVAC) and furniture
- Comfortable beds
- Brand new smart roku Tvs with subscriptions logged in for entertainment (movies and tv shows)

Guests can access the 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer, living room, dining area and kitchen.

Keypad lock for easy and convenient entry/exit.

- no extra guest other than booked

We have security cameras at the front door and in front of the driveway for safety of our guests.
