Upgraded House on Laird Bayou

This is a non-smoking house. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath house The main/master bedroom has a queen sized bed, as well as one of the other bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. Comfortable for sleeping 7 people if you include the couch in the living room. The adjacent living room is furnished with a leather couch, loveseat and a leather chair. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with an electric glass top stove, microwave and toaster oven. It also has a stainless steel fridge with ice maker built into the door. The house is situated on Laird Bayou where you can watch the pelicans and dolphins go by from the back porch. There is a boat ramp adjoining the property next door. Guests can enjoy the sunset from the backyard. Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Panama City Beach, St. Andrews State Park and Pier Park. The closest beach is on the East Bay. It is 12 mi. away. The closest beach that is on the Gulf of Mexico is Panama City Beach. It is 30 miles away. Mexico Beach is also on the Gulf of Mexico and is about the same distance away and is much quieter. Ebro Poker room is 50 minutes away. I just had a dock built in the back yard in April 2021.

What a great stay, quiet and secluded, very little to almost no boat traffic. House is in great shape, beds are very comfortable. Fishing was great, caught fish off the dock and also a short kayak paddle away

Such an amazing vacation home! The kids and I had a blast! We saw lots of trouts and dolphins every evening jumping in the back. Definitely a great home with a water view.

Perfect place to reset!

I came to reset for a couple days, we booked 4 originally. When we arrived we were a little early and cleaning was still being done, so we went to the dock in the back and just watched the scenery for about 10 mins when we were told all was ready. The host is so incredibly friendly and the house is inviting. It has all you need for cooking if you choose to. The whole place is open and the windows allow you to watch all that happens on the water right from the living, dinning room or kitchen. You can start your day with coffee on the back porch watching boaters, dolphins, fish or the birds. This place is perfect for a family or group of friends. It was just the two of us and we ended up extending our trip a couple days because we didn’t want to leave!

Nice little house. Easy to get to.

House was fine. Owner could improve by putting a light on dock. There weren't any extra trash bags for the kitchen. Also, there was no matches or lighter. We needed to light our citronella candles to keep bugs away while we were on the dock. I left some in the drawer. This was very minor. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. One of the best we have stayed in.

great location, used Earl Gibert boat ramp to drop in/out boat, kept it at house dock zero problems. house was as advertised, coffee maker needs upgraded, pod style broken, drip style very small, no ice from fridge. not deal breakers by any means location was perfect for a few days on the water! would come back again!

Awesome property!

Awesome house and property to stay at. Very spacious and with all needs such as appliances etc. we cooked dinner one night which was very convenient because kitchen is equipped with all utensils. We also used laundry washer and dryer. The backyard is just stunning with a new long deck into the water, where dolphins roam. I would highly recommend it.

Peaceful spot in the bay

Never nice quiet place to bring your boat and hang out. We came for my sons senior trip to run the intercostal waterway. It was a very peaceful quiet place in the back of east bay. The house was very nice it was down a brick road that turned to asphalt then gravel and then sand but don’t let that fool you it’s a very beautiful and quiet spot to relax and enjoy some boating if you would like. Don’t expect 5 star accommodations as the Furniture could use some updating but it worked just fine for us over all it was a great place and great experience would highly recommend

Fun times Fishing Here in East Bay !

Peaceful retreat away from it all. Fishing was good and getting better with each passing day. The dolphins would cruise the waters directly behind the house within 50 yards from the back porch area. Overall we had a great time renting this house for a week. And we’ll certainly be back for another fishing trip !
