Our cozy apartment is located on a beautiful lake in Mecklenburg. 1 rowing boat is available to guests. From the terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view of the lake. The apartment has a wood-burning stove.

The apartment offers enough space for up to 4 guests. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and the living room has a CD player, sofa, woodburning stove and a selection of board games. Outside there is a sitting area, a large garden and a private dock.

Nature lovers will feel extremely well in this beautiful region of northern Germany. Activities such as rowing, swimming, hiking and cycling are popular in the area. Shopping facilities are located in the town of Sternberg, which can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

The area offers many attractions and activities. The bustling town of Wismar on the Baltic coast can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The large Schwerin Lake is a 20-minute drive away.

Sehr erholsam

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Sehr schöner ruhiger See. Toll ist der direkte Zugang zum See. Ideal für Wassersportler und Naturliebhaber. Aufgrund der sehr ländlichen Lage aber PKW erforderlich.

traumhaftes Haus am See

Wir haben das Haus am See genossen, traumhaft, aus der Tür gehen durch den Garten und in den See springen, ein Boot zu Wasser lassen und den schönen See genießen, für Naturliebhaber ein absolutes Muss. :-) und dazu sehr nette Vermieter:innen, alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Clean, peaceful and great swimming.

We all enjoyed swimming in the clean soft water of the lake. Just go to the end of the garden and straight into the water! The area is very peaceful with natural noises from birds and weather. The flat was clean and equipped with what you needed. We loved the old dark wood floors and beams inside. The wood is smooth from usage. There were some very warm days, and the house stayed relatively cool inside, which was really nice. The flat was renovated using traditional techniques, such as lime mortar inside which allows the building to breathe. Communication with the owners was quick and easy.

Preis Leistungsverzeichnis nicht ok.

Diese Ferienunterkunft war die bisher am schlechtesten ausgestattete, in diesem hohen Preisninveau. Aber nun zu den einzelnen Punkten: 1. Keine Heizung!! auch bei Außentemperaturen von 13 - 16 Grad. Auf unseren Einwand hin, wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir sollten doch den Holzofen nehmen. Es stand eine kleine Kiste mit Holz zur Verfügung. Die konnte niemals reichen. Darauf hingewiesen meinte der Vermieter, wir sollten doch zum Nachbarn gehen, der hätte genug Holz, oder im Sägewerk was kaufen. Der Ofen (übrigens ein Spielzeug) wurde angeheizt und zog überhaupt nicht, so das es eine Rauchbildung gab, die direkt den Rauchmelder in Betrieb setzte. Ich wollte diesen nur ausschalten und hatte direkt das gute Stück in der Hand. War völlig falsch montiert. 2. In der Küche gab es kaum Arbeitsfläche. Beim Bedienen des Herdes glaubten wir, wir brechen jeden Moment durch den nicht fachgerecht geflickten Holzfußboden. Beim Gehen wackelte der Herd und es fiel auch das Bild, welches auf der Kiste, stand herunter. Beim Essen an dem Küchentisch (Kindertisch mit 2 Kinderstühlen, wackelte und krachte es ebenfalls andauernd, was wiederum auf eine nicht fachgerechte Fußbodenreparatur hinwies. Lieblos versuchte Restaurierung des gesamten Komplex. 3. Im Bad gab es keinen Duschvorhang und auch die Duschstange fehlte. Beim Duschen stand das "Bad" jedesmal unter Wasser, welches man auch riechen konnte. Da half auch kein Lüften. 4. Die 2 anderen kleinen Zimmer hatten das gleiche Problem mit den Böden, welche lieblos geflickt waren und auch den Muff bekam man trotz Dauerlüftens nicht aus den Räumen. (Bei keiner Heizung ist das auch kein Wunder) 5. Der Zugang zum See, um schwimmen zu gehen, war ebenfalls nicht so wie beschrieben. Von Sträuchern überwuchert 6. Fernsehen und Internet gabs auch nicht. Mehrere Türen ließen sich nicht schließen und sprangen immer auf. Auch die Haustür. 6. Alles in allem : Eine unverschämte teure Vermietung von einer Ferienwohnung, die keine war. Wir haben uns andere FeWo angeschaut in der Nachbarschaft. Kein Vergleich. walter und Geli
