Relax in our beautiful home at Lake Lanier! Our cove is right across from Sunset Cove/Lake Lanier Islands. Only a short boat ride to restaurants, water parks, and boat rentals! Gentle 3-4 min walk to our boat dock to enjoy the water. Plenty of games for indoor fun and smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows!

~10-15 minute boat ride from one of the largest boat rentals @ Holiday Marina, Lanier Islands, Margaritaville, and much more!

3 Kayaks, 2 tubes and 4 life jackets for you to use
We also have a pontoon boat for you to rent, ready to use at the boat dock!

Great House for Family Time

The house was perfect for our family gathering. Easily slept 12 comfortably. Beds were all very comfy, plenty of towels and linens. Beautiful spot, easy to get to. A great set up for just enjoying time together. 10 minute drive from adorable downtown Sugar Hill and anything you need. Would definitely stay again!!
