Located near the heart of New Braunfels. Only 350 ft to the entrance of Schlitterbahn about 60 steps away! 1/5 a mile to the Tube Chute on the Comal River. Less than 1 mile to downtown New Braunfels full of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!!



Travel 1 mile to downtown and discover shops, restaurants, cafes and live music! Golfers will appreciate being less than 2 miles from the Landa Park Golf Course. On summer days, rent tubes and float the refreshing waters of the nearby Comal or Guadalupe Rivers. 1 1/3 miles to Wurstfest!



Country music lovers will want to pay a visit to Gruene Hall, Texas’ oldest dance hall in the historic town of Gruene with small town restaurants and shopping, located 3 miles away.



Only 15 miles from the crystal clear Canyon Lake where you can charter a boat for the day, cliff jump, fish, or find a cove to spend the day.



Newly remodeled, charming 3-bedroom 2 full bath home. Huge fenced in back yard! Open kitchen/living area with a queen sofa sleeper. The living room has Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. 3 bar stools at the kitchen island. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private en suite bathroom with walk in shower. 2nd bedroom has a queen. 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed with a twin trundle. Guest bathroom is conveniently located to the guest rooms. Washer and dryer as well. Charcoal/smoker Grill in the big, fenced back yard. 3 rocking chairs, large A frame swing seating 4, fire pit, café lights and an 8 ft picnic table. Fun outdoor games like cornhole and giant Jenga. MAY-SEPTEMBER 8 TUBES INCLUDED!!



No smoking. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 1 dog under 40 lbs allowed, $25 per day. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.



WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - $2000 per month, Dec-April, if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact New Braunfels Escapes for pricing details. Small dog for winter monthly rentals considered.

Fun Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the backyard games. Also location is perfect if you want to be close to the river. Parks and restaurants are within walking distance.

Great location!

Great location. You can walk home for lunch from Schlitterbahn. Loved the blackout curtains in every room for sleeping. Also, I really appreciate this property having so many extra pillows! The property is beautifully decorated! The layout of this property was well thought out- It is very small but used every inch efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect size for a family of 5-6. If you love turtles this is the home decor for you. Bathroom sinks need aerators in the faucets.

Schlitterbahn vacation house

Fantastic vacation house for a Schlitterbahn vacation. House is directly across the street from the original Schlitterbahn entrance. You can easily go back to house for lunch while playing in the old side of the park. Back yard was great and the house is nicely furnished. Its a small 3 bed 2 bath so its a little cramped, but if your here for the water park who needs much space in the house.
