Guests have access to an 800-foot fishing pier located behind the Bayfront condo buildings. It is available for fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the Kontiki Beach Resort building and the condos behind it. Condo 123 is located on the first floor at the south end of the Kontiki Beach Resort facility. It is located nearest the pool and its bay windows overlook the cabana and pool. The bedroom holds a king bed and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. No pets allowed.

The condo was perfect! The description was 1000% accurate. It was so clean, air conditioning was amazing after a hot day in the sun! Great communication in case we needed anything, which we didn't. It was so nice to sit on the patio and enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee. The pool was very clean. The grounds were so clean. Top 3 cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in. It was also so quiet! We will be back!
