The tiled ground floor level can serve several different functions depending on your family's needs and offers another bedroom and full bathroom. **PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. **

Rules and Restrictions:
- You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation, must send proof of ID and must remain present the entire length of stay.
-Message containing Picture of Photo ID and agreement to policies must be received before check-in information will be given.
-Please do not use the front or back screen doors at this time as they are in need of repair and only cause frustration :)
***Pool and Hot Tub will be cleaned on Wednesdays and Saturdays and services must not be disrupted to ensure consistent cleanliness. Please be aware that a technician will be servicing the pool on the listed days unannounced ***
